In-house chef – sea surprises
Would you like to have your own private chef during your stay in the 10 or 12-person Wellness holiday home at Parc Ganuenta ? You can!

Let our chef de cuisine surprise you during your stay at Parc Ganuenta! With the Private Dining concept, they create a delicious, balanced menu from a wide range of dishes. While you sit and relax with your friends or family at the large kitchen table, we make sure you have an unforgettable culinary evening. Now that’s what we call a holiday!

The main theme: Dover sole: Pure and sourced from Zeeland,….. 

  • Steak tartar made from Zeeland beef with farmhouse yoghurt foam and an oyster.
  • Soup with North Sea beach crab and vanilla cream.
  • Pan-fried sole with seasonal vegetables, rosemary roasted potatoes, and remoulade sauce
  • Zeeland farmhouse cheeseboard with fig chutney and nut & raisin bread
  • Grand Dessert Ganuenta: Butterscotch bavarois, Zeeland ‘Bolus’ ice-cream, crème brulée made with Zeeland butterscotch and a Bolus liqueur.

Price per person (min. 8 persons):
3-course dinner € 51,-p.p.
4-course dinner € 56,- p.p.
5-course dinner € 59,- p.p.

Extras:
Coffee: Coffee and tea with Zeeland chocolates € 6,- p.p.

Wine arrangement: 
3 selected matching wines € 25,- p.p.
4 selected matching wines € 29,- p.p.
5 selected matching wines € 34,- p.p.

Of course you may also create your own menu, and we will be happy to quote you a price. You can also ask us about our Asian Style or French Haute Cuisine menus. The cost of a private chef for the evening, irrespective of the number of courses, is € 85,- per evening, based on a minimum of 8 adults.

We also serve a special children’s menu; price per child: € 24,-:

  • Tomato soup with mini beef meatballs
  • Children’s portion of sole or chicken nuggets with oven chips, apple sauce and a salad        garnish.
  • Ice-cream with whipped cream
