Arrival and departure
You are personally welcomed to your holiday accommodation by our host or hostess.
Check-in: after 15.00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: to 10.00 on the day of departure.

If you expect to arrive after 18.00 on Friday or Monday, please contact us by calling +31 (0)113-693127 (option key: reception).

Key card
Our accommodations are accessible via a key card that you receive on arrival.

Freshly made beds on arrival
We provide your holiday villa with made beds as a standard feature, which is very convenient on arrival!

Pets
Maximum of one pet per 6-8 persons villa and maximum two pets per 10-12 persons villa (please let us know when you reserve). Additional charge per pet: € 8,25 per night.*). We are sorry but we cannot allow pets in all our villas. Dogs must be kept on a leash at the park and are only allowed on the ground floor of the villas.

WiFi
All accommodations have free wireless internet.

12 Persons villa with elevator
One of the 12-person swimming pool accommodations has a platform lift, which is suitable for people with disabilities. Lift dimensions: 85 x 85 cm, door width 70 cm. Note: on the ground floor you'll get in straight, as the first floor the exit is on the left. Please take this in account as you need to be able to turn the wheelchair to the left.

Charging stations
It is possible to charge your electric car at some of our accommodations. You can book this accommodation through our parkplan. If your accommodation doesn't have the possibility to charge eletric cars you can charge the car in Colijnsplaat. The chargingstation are within walking distance from our parc.

Important: You need a card to charge the car, this isn't possible with a bankcard. If you're not sure of you will be able to charge the car with your charing card please contant the cardprovider. With the cardprovider you can check if you will be able to use the E-Flux stations at our parc. 

Stair gates
Most villas are equipped with stair gates. If you have any questions about this, please contact our reception.

Deposit
We require a deposit for all villas and apartments. When the accommodation has been left behind neatly this will be refunded after departure (within a maximum of 10 workdays):
4 persons apartments a deposit of € 150,00;
4-persons villa and 6-persons villas a deposit of € 200,00;
8-persons villas and 6-persons Game villa a deposit of € 300,00; 
10-persons villas a deposit of € 400,00;
12-persons villa with swimming pool villas a deposit of € 700,00.

Important
In order to maintain a restful environment, we do not rent our villas to groups of young people.
Reservations for groups or parties including people under the age of 26 are not permitted.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinks parties in our villas is strictly prohibited.
